Usually, the reason behind this is within the way that the Phish Simulation has been created.

One useful tip would be to check if the Save as Test Data checkbox has been selected on the 'Phish Details' page.

This can be accessed by navigating to Phishing>Phishing in Progress.

• Next, search for the Phish Simulation, followed by View Phish>Phish Details>Save as Test Data.

• If this box has been checked, then the Phishing simulation will be hidden from the Reporting section of the platform. Simply uncheck the box to allow the results of the simulation to be made available within the Reporting section of the platform.
