If a Privacy Assessment has been added to a program, some of the editing features become 'locked out', such as adding new questions or sections.

You will be able to quickly identify if your assessment has been added to a program by checking if the template is in the Assessment Creator. 

• If the button within the 'Action' column states 'Actions', this shows that the assessment has not be added to a program and is open for full editing, e.g. adding questions. 

• You also cannot add new questions to a System Template; however, you can take a copy of that template which will then allow full editing.
• You can identify System Templates if the 'Is System' column = True or the action button = View.
