How Do I Add New Joiners to a Campaign?
This can be easily achieved by updating Targets. Within a published Campaign, you will have the Target list that can be edited at any time.
For SCIM customers, the option will appear as below:
- To add new joiners to the Campaign, click on the 'Edit Targets' option, and select the users.
- Once the new users have been selected, click on the 'Update Targets' button, and confirm the new total of users targeted.
To ensure new joiners are picked up automatically when added to the platform, we advise the use of SCIM Groups. When content is targeted using SCIM groups, if a new user is added to that group, they will automatically receive a target for that content. This will ultimately save admin time, and streamline the enrolment process for any mandatory content that users should complete when joining the organisation.
To add new joiners, search their name within the 'Target Search' area, or select them from the list.
- Once all new users have been selected, click on the 'Update Targets' button, and confirm the new total of targeted users.
To automate new joiners targeted to a Campaign, we would advise the use of User Groups. When a new user is added to a group that has been targeted with content, i.e. a Campaign, they will automatically receive a target for this content, without an admin user manually updating the target list.
