To monitor and evaluate the user interaction on published phish, navigate to Reporting > Phish and, from here, you will be able to access various reports. 

• The Overview Report will allow you to view, at a glance, your risk levels within the organisation.
• This report includes 'opened/unopened' rates, 'click' rates, 'Data Entry' rates and email attachment 'open' rates - all of these in both number and percentage format:

• Click on View Audits to see the full audit report for a specific phish:

• Within this report, you can choose the data fields you would like to see by clicking on Column Visibility. Then, simply select your data fields as required.
