Phish Reporting
To monitor and evaluate the user interaction on published phish:
- Navigate to Reporting > Phish.
- From here, you will be able to access various reports.
Overview Report
The Overview Report provides a quick view of your organisation’s risk levels.
This report includes:
- Opened/Unopened rates
- Click rates
- Data Entry rates
- Email attachment Open rates
All metrics are displayed in both number and percentage format.
View Audits
- Click on View Audits to see the full audit report for a specific phish.
- Within this report, you can choose the data fields you would like to see by selecting Column Visibility. Simply choose the fields you want to display.
