How to send a Policy for 'Approval'

If you wish to send a policy for approval, you first need to open the 'Create Policy' window via Products > Policy > Create Policy.

  • Next, under the 'Approval' tab, select 'Yes' for Approvals Process:

  • You will now need to add 'Approvers' from the 'Add to Approval Role' drop-down. Select an Approval Rule, and set a Due Date:

  • If the Approval Rule is set to either 'Named Approver' or 'Named Approver + Simple Majority', an approver must be added via the 'Named Approver' drop-down:
