How to Send a Policy for Approval

If you wish to send a policy for approval, you first need to open the 'Create Policy' window via Products > Policy > Create Policy.

  • Next, under the Approval tab, select 'Yes' for Approval Process:


  • You will now need to add 'Approvers' from the Add to Approval Role drop-down. Select an Approval Rule, and set a Due Date:


  • If the Approval Rule is set to either 'Named Approver' or 'Named Approver + Simple Majority', an approver must be added via the Named Approver drop-down:
