• First of all, open the Create Policy window via Products > Policy > Create Policy.
• Under the 'Options' tab, select Mandatory and then ensure that Send to MetaEngage is ticked.

• Under the 'Recurrence' tab, you can set the Occurrence, Start Date and Completion Time Period.

• Note: The Completion Time Period begins from the date the user(s) are targeted.
