The 'Chat' tab within each request allows Data Protection Officers (DPO's) and Admins to communicate with a Data Subject. This is a secure way to communicate with a Data Subject relating to their request. When a Data Subject or Admin/DPO submits a message, they will receive a notification email with a secure link to access the Requester Communication page.
Please Note: The 'Requester Communication' page can only be used with requests that have been submitted via the web form and is not available for manually added requests.
