How Do I Add Data Subject Requests?

There are two methods through which Data Subject Requests can be submitted into the module.

1. Manually adding a request via the user interface by site administrators. 

  • To manually add a Data Subject Request, select Privacy > Data Subject Request, and then click on Create New:mceclip0.png

2. The Data Subject can raise a request via the website form. 

  • Upon submission of the request, administrators will receive an automatic email to notify them that a request has been received.

Note: Before using the website form, technical installation is required to link between your website and the MyCompliance Cloud Data Subject Request module.
