The Data Subject Request Module (DSAR) provides the ability for customers to manage the life cycle of Data Subject Requests rights (access, erase, object, rectify, restrict, transfer & automated decision-making).
Data Subject Requests can be added manually via the module by admins, or by data subjects via a personalised Web Form that typically sits on customers' external facing websites.
Once a request has been submitted, a 30-day countdown timer will start (with options to start/stop the timer and extend the deadline). Admins can then complete the details relating to the request across the different tabs - General > Identity Validation > Request > Data Adjustment > Review > Sign Off > Information Handover - before handing over the relevant documents to the requester and then completing the request.
