Add an attachment to a phish
You are able to add an attachment to your phish and measure if users then try to open these attachments.
- In order to do this, navigate to the Phish Creation area, and on Step 3 (Email Attachments), click 'Yes' on Includes Attachment.
The attachment is a set file that you choose; you can then alter the name of this file to better fit the email template.
There are 3 types of email attachment:
- HTML: When a user opens an HTML attachment, the action will be tracked, and the user will be diverted to your chosen Learning Experience.
- Word: When a user opens a Word attachment, the action will be tracked, and they will receive a generic Learning Experience within that Word document.
- Excel: When the user opens the Excel document, they will see the following page and be prompted to click a link that directs them to the selected Learning Experience:
