Add an attachment to a phish
You can add an attachment to your phish and measure if users then try to open these attachments.
To do so:
- Navigate to the Phish Creation area.
- In the Email Template section, enable the setting for Email Attachment.
The attachment is a predefined file that you select. You can then rename this file to better fit the email template.
Types of Email Attachment
There are three types of email attachment:
- HTML: When a user opens an HTML attachment, the action will be tracked, and the user will be redirected to your chosen Learning Experience.
- Word: When a user opens a Word attachment, the action will be tracked, and they will receive a generic Learning Experience within that Word document.
- Excel: When the user opens the Excel document, they will see a page prompting them to click a link that directs them to the selected Learning Experience.
