Add an attachment to a phish

You are able to add an attachment to your phish and measure if users then try to open these attachments.

  • In order to do this, navigate to the Phish Creation area, and on Step 3 (Email Attachments), click 'Yes' on Includes Attachment:

The attachment is a set file that you choose; you can then alter the name of this file to better fit the email template.

There are two types of email attachments:

  1. HTML: When a user opens an HTML attachment, the action will be tracked and the user diverted to your chosen Learning Experience.
  2. Word: When a user opens a Word attachment, the action will be tracked, and they will receive a generic Learning Experience within that Word document.
