Add an Attachment to a Phish

You are able to add an attachment to your phish and measure if users then try to open these attachments.

In order to do this, navigate to the Phish Creation area, and on Step 3 (Email Attachments), click Yes on Includes Attachment:

The attachment is a set file that you choose; you can then alter the name of this file to better fit the email template.

There are two types of email attachments:

  1. HTML: When a user opens a HTML attachment, the action will be tracked, and the user diverted to your chosen Learning Experience.
  2. Word: When a user opens a Word attachment, the action will be tracked, and they will receive a generic Learning Experience within that Word document.
