Who needs to be involved in Onboarding?
The project owner/s will need to be involved with the Onboarding from a customer perspective. These are the individuals who will be managing the project and getting the project implemented within their organisation.
Other administrators using the system can also get involved with the Onboarding.
Depending on the User Authentication/User Provisioning, a Technical contact will also need to be involved to complete the above and any allowlisting requirements.
Within MetaCompliance, an Onboarding Representative will be appointed as the main point of contact throughout the Onboarding stage. They will assist in any training and guidance, ensuring the MetaCompliance platform is implemented within the organisation in a timely and efficient manner.
A Technical Lead will also be appointed within MetaCompliance to assist with any user provisioning if required.
