How to Log In to the MyCompliance Platform
The MyCompliance Platform can be accessed via two methods:
- Default MyCompliance URL
- Navigate to the default URL. https://cloud.metacompliance.com, and enter your assigned credentials or SSO details.
- Custom MyCompliance URL
- Navigate to the custom URL assigned to your Organisation, https://customername.metacompliance.com, and enter your assigned credentials or SSO details. This is the preferred option that can help your staff identify with the MyCompliance Platform as your Company Name has been embedded within the URL.
- New Customers will receive this Custom URL by default.
- Customers prior to May 2021 can avail of this option by completing a minor migration project. Contact your Customer Success Manager or our Customer Experience Team to make this change.
- Navigate to the custom URL assigned to your Organisation, https://customername.metacompliance.com, and enter your assigned credentials or SSO details. This is the preferred option that can help your staff identify with the MyCompliance Platform as your Company Name has been embedded within the URL.
