To anonymise the phish reports, i.e. to exclude user identity and departments, you will need to select to send an anonymous phish when creating your phish.

• To do so, once within the Phish Creation tool, tick the 'Anonymous Responses' checkbox within the 'Phish Details' tab.
• The user will now be named as an ‘Anonymous User’, as opposed to their full name appearing within the associated reports.

Please note that you cannot later anonymise the reports for a previously published phish that did not have the above box ticked.
