To stop the sending of a phish that has already been published, you should first navigate to the Phish in Progress area: 

• Next, open the phish in question by clicking on View Phish from the presented titles:

• Now, click on the blue 'Archive' button:

1. This will now archive the phish, i.e. no more emails will be sent, and no more data will be collected from users who had already received the phish.
2. Reports will still be available for a phish in an archived state.
