• Extract the zip file; check the "imsmanifest.xml" or "metadata.xml"; and find "<lom". 
• Remove any of these references in the files and Save.
• Re-compress to .zip format using a tool such as WinRAR.

Note: Ensure that all files/folders are selected for re-compression, not the extracted SCORM folder.

• Attempt to upload the SCORM package again.
