How to install the Gmail Phish Reporter Report Button

Installation steps 

  • Populate the Gmail Phish Reporter Add-on Customer Template and send it to the MetaCompliance Support team. This must be validated and added to the relevant configuration by MetaCompliance.
  • The MetaCompliance Support team will then confirm when the add-on is available to download.  
    • ⚠️Only move to Step 3 after receiving confirmation from Support to continue.
  • Log in to your Google Workspace Administrator account.
  • Navigate to the following URL: MetaCompliance Phish Reporter.  The add-on will open within the Google Workspace Marketplace.

  • Select Domain Install to proceed with installing the add-on for all users within your organisation.
  • Click Continue on the 'Permissions' pop-out window to proceed.

  • Select Allow on the 'Domain Wide Installation Consent' screen to continue with installation.

  • The Phish Reporter should now be installed and available to all users.
