How Do I Send a Previously Published Policy to New Users?

If your Policy has already been published, you can still add new users to the Target list.

When reviewing the required Policy, you will find an ‘Update Targets’ button available on the ‘Target’ tab.

  • Whether the users are Email, Federated, AD or SCIM, simply locate and select the new users you require to be targeted, and then click Update Targets.
  • You will receive a validation message outlining the total number of users you are about to target. If this is correct, then select Confirm. The new users will now be targeted.
