How Do I Send a Policy to Required Active Directory Sync Users?
After completing all relevant options on the Policy creation tool, you can now navigate to the 'Target' tab where you can locate the users you require, and then select Publish.
If users have been added to the platform via the Active Directory Sync, they will appear exactly like your AD Structure under your Organisation's Domain name.
Users will be located in their parent Organisational Units (OUs) and will be available for targeting. Or, if you have already set up Collectives, you can choose the relevant Collective from the ‘Assigned Collectives’ drop-down.
- Ticking the top level of an OU or Collective will target the Policy to all users, and ensure that any new users that join that OU or Collective are automatically targeted with the Policy.
- Empty OUs cannot be targeted, and may break the structure of your assigned targets.
