Content To Course transforms lengthy documentation such as PDFs or policies into slide-style, bite-sized pieces of information that can be seamlessly integrated into training courses. This feature streamlines the conversion of existing materials into interactive learning experiences.

Supported Content Types

• PDF Documents: Upload any PDF up to 2MB in size.
• Policy Module Content: Access policies already stored in the MetaCompliance Policy module.

How to Convert Content to a Course

Navigate to Learning > Content To Course and follow these steps:

1. Initial Setup

• Provide a course name and course description.
• Either:
  • Upload a PDF document (maximum 2MB), or
  • Select a document from the drop-down. Note: Policies from the Policy module appear automatically based on your access.

2. Language Configuration

• Choose the default language, i.e. matching the language of your source document.
• Select language variants for multilingual support.

3. Content Options

• Optional: Choose whether to include a quiz based on the document information.
• Select a visual style:
  • Brand kits (customisable in Settings > Company Edit > Platform Customisation) with or without background.
  • Pre-defined colour options. (Styles can be adjusted later.)

4. Generate and Review Content

• Click Generate Slides.
• Review all slides in the default language.
• Review the generated quiz (if selected).

5. Customise Your Content

• Edit individual slides as needed.
• Add images and other elements to enhance engagement.
• Access HTML view for advanced editing.
  • Important: Exercise caution when editing HTML, as technical modifications can break slide functionality
• Reorder slides to optimise learning flow.

6. Create Language Variants

• Click Generate Translations.
• Review slides and quiz questions in all selected languages.
• Make necessary edits to ensure accuracy.

7. Quality Assurance

• Use Smart Review to verify translations with an additional AI tool.
• This provides an extra layer of quality control for multilingual content.

8. Course Creation

• Once satisfied with all content, click Add To New Course.
• This launches the familiar Fusion Course Creation flow.
• Configure the course settings as appropriate for your audience.

Additional course elements can be added later using standard course creation tools.
