What are Professional Services?

Professional Services are additional services MetaCompliance can offer outside of the current contract scope. These typically fall into two areas: Custom Content and Managed Services -  The goal? To give you more support when and where you need it.

How does it work?

If a customer needs more tailored support, MetaCompliance will arrange a quick scoping call to understand the goals, required formats, preferred content styles, and deadlines. From there, our Professional Services Team will share best practices and outline how we can help.

What is Custom Content?

Custom content is exactly that - tailored to you. Whether that’s adapting our existing nano content library or creating something brand new from scratch, we’ll shape it around your business needs.

Our team of content and compliance specialists will:

• Scope the content with you

• Provide costings and timelines

• Create, review, and finalise it in partnership with you
