What is a Managed Service?

Our platform is designed to be self-serve, but we know not everyone has the time or resource to manage campaigns internally. That’s where Managed Services come in.

We take the lead on running your security awareness programme on your behalf, while you stay in control of the outcomes.

How does it work?

As a customer, if you are interested in Managed Services, we will start with a quick call to understand your current programme, goals, frequency of communication, and any specific requirements, e.g. languages, topics, business units, etc.

From that call, we'll create a tailored Managed Service Schedule – a 12-month plan, built around your people, timelines, and objectives.

What happens next?

Once the plan is signed off, we’ll handle content creation, scheduling, and campaign execution. Before anything goes live, you’ll have full visibility and sign-off.

Throughout the year, we’ll stay in touch with regular reviews, reports, and adjustments to keep things running smoothly and aligned with your goals.
