1. Configure Sender IP Allowlist

1.1. Log in to your Perception Point Dashboard, and in the left navigation menu, select Detection Setup > Allow List/Block List.

1.2. Click Add IP on the right of "Sender IP Allow List".

1.3. Configure the allowlist as follows:

• Organization: Select the organisation you would like this allowlist to apply to.

• Sender IP: Specify one of the following IP addresses. (You will need to make two allowlist rules, 1 for each IP address). Please refer to the below article for the relevant phish simulation IPs for your tenant: MetaCompliance Mail Server IP Addresses - All Data Centres

• Verdict: Select No review - always allow.

1.4. Click Add Sender IP and then repeat Step 1.3. for the second IP address.

2. Configure URL Allowlist

2.1. Log in to your Perception Point Dashboard, and in the left navigation menu, select Detection Setup > Allow List/Block List.

2.2. Click Add URL on the right of "URL Allow List".

2.3. Configure the allowlist as follows:

• Organization: Select the organisation you would like this allowlist to apply to.
• URL: Specify one of the following domains. (You will need to make a separate allowlist rule for each domain). Our domains can be found in the following article: MetaCompliance Mail Server IP Addresses - All Data Centres
• Method: Select Domain ends with as the allowlisting method.
• Verdict: Select No review - always allow.

2.4. Click Add URL and then repeat Step 2.3. for each domain.
