What is the 'Anonymous Responses' option?
When publishing a Fusion course, policy or phishing simulation, you will see a tick box option for Anonymous Reponses to be enabled.
- Enabling 'Anonymous Responses' will anonymise the identity of targets from Reporting and cannot be undone when published.
- This will only apply to the content you have published when you have selected/ticked the ‘Anonymous Responses’ option.
OR
This can be done as a global setting for all content published from the MyCompliance platform 'Settings' area.
- To enable this as a global setting for all content published, please navigate to your left-hand navigation bar and select Settings > Company Edit > System Settings > Show Anonymous Responses > Toggle On.
- Once this has been enabled, you will still have the option to untick ‘Anonymous Responses’ when publishing a piece of content if you need to see full reporting against that specific piece of content.
Please see the examples below of reporting when 'Anonymous Responses' has been enabled for a training course and a phishing simulation, each of the fields that normally will have their Name, Email, Department etc. populated. These will be replaced with 'Anonymous User'.
