Considerations for updating a template on a published course
- When you change the template and click 'Update Course,' the course version will increment by a minor version, e.g., from 1.1 to 1.2.
Impact on User Progress
- If a user partially completed the previous template, their progress will be reset after the update, and they will need to restart the course from the beginning.
- For users who completed the previous version, you will still see the version they completed in the reports, but their element breakdown will no longer appear in the Fusion Course Analysis Report.
Risk Score Impact
- If this course affects risk scores based on quiz attempts, users who completed a previous version of the template will lose their risk score for quiz attempts.
