Microsoft has recently released a new client for Outlook Desktop for Windows that no longer supports COM Add-ins. The MetaCompliance Outlook Desktop Phish Reporter is a COM Add-in and, therefore, will no longer be supported in the new Outlook client.

MetaCompliance offers an Outlook Web version of the Phish Reporter that is fully compatible with the new Outlook client, as well as Outlook Web and Outlook Mobile. Deployment instructions can be found in the following article:

The configurable settings you have applied to the desktop version of this plugin can still be retained in the web version. 

Prerequisites:

• Single Sign-On (SSO) must be configured on your MyCompliance tenant.
• Users must have an O365 account.
