Please find below the relevant configuration settings that need to be defined prior to installation of the AD sync API:

• Number of Domain(s)
• Name of Domain(s)
• If there are multiple domains, are trusts in place?
• Domain UPN(s)
• NETBIOS Domain Name(s)
• Email Domain(s)
• AD User Filtering (OUs)
  • With the AD sync tool, only root level OUs can be synced to MyCompliance. These OUs need to be defined in the AD sync config file.
• AD User Filtering (AD Attribute)
  • It's possible to add enhanced filtering based on a specific AD attribute that is constant throughout all AD user accounts.
