The MetaCompliance AD Sync API tool facilitates the syncing of on-premise AD accounts to MyCompliance. There are a number of settings that need to be configured for the running of the sync and the filtering of users to your MyCompliance tenant. Please find more information on these here.

Server Requirements

• OS Windows 10 or above
• Windows Server 2019 or above
• Memory 6 - 8 GB
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or above

It's a requirement to configure a scheduled task for the AD sync to trigger the sync every evening, and it is advised to use the Network Service account to run this task.

If this is not possible, it's a requirement that the account running the scheduled task can run the task whilst not logged into the server.
