If your organisation has an [External] email banner rule configured within Microsoft Exchange, you can exclude MetaPhish emails from being flagged as external emails by following the steps below.

• Open the Microsoft Exchange admin center (microsoft.com)
• Navigate to Mail Flow > Rules and locate the rule that appends the [External] banner to emails.
• Open the banner rule and select Edit rule conditions.

• Add an exception to exclude the MyCompliance IP addresses from the rule, such as the example below, including the IP addresses associated with your MyCompliance tenant.
