Can Reminders be used for individual policies/courses?

No; as the 'Reminders' setting is a global setting, increasing/decreasing the number of reminders within it will affect all courses/policies that have been published.

  • To edit the 'Reminder' setting, navigate to Settings > Alerts > Content Emails and click on No. of attempts.
  • From here, you can choose to either increase or decrease the number of weekly reminders (up to a maximum of 10 weeks) that the end user will receive.
