You may already be familiar with how a Campaign is scheduled, i.e. new users start at Step 1, and then follow the same staggered approach as other users. This results in them receiving all content and having the same amount of time to complete as their colleagues.

However, phishing simulations work differently.

• Users will only receive the phish on the publish date allocated on the Campaign, meaning that new users will not receive any previously published phishing exercises.
• The good news, however, is that everyone in the Campaign will receive the newly published phish making it a company-wide exercise.
