Note Taker is the call recording tool used by MetaCompliance to record, transcribe, highlight and summarise meetings.

This tool automatically joins calls for monitoring and transcribing purposes; however, this function can also be excluded from calls to the preference of the attendees.

Note Taker is used in conjunction with Jiminny, another Conversation Intelligence (CI) software, to support internal call coaching and valuable conversations.

Another key benefit of using these tools is the option to share the call recording with the Customer. This may be the case if they wish to review the call again, or in case some invitees were unable to join.
