This article explains how to add a Placeholder, and how it will appear in a delivered email notification.

• Step 1: Click on the 'Placeholder' icon:
• Step 2: Select Name Placeholder.
• The placeholder will then appear as [[Name Placeholder]], and will pull in the first name of the user as specified on their user profile.
