This article explains how to add a Placeholder and how it will appear in a delivered email notification.

• Click on the 'Placeholder' icon:
• Select Name Placeholder.

The placeholder will then appear as [[Name Placeholder]] and will automatically pull the user's first name as specified in their profile.
