Why is there no mail info appearing within the Reported Phish report?

During the configuration of the Phish Reporter button, you must complete an Excel template to confirm the settings and text that you wish to add to your Phish Reporter. 

  • If you have selected 'False' for the 'Forward Mail Data' option, the Mail Info will not appear within the Reported Phish report on the platform.
  • If you have the Gmail Phish Reporter plug-in, this feature is not available.
