Can I edit the delivery date or time of a Campaign step?

Yes, the delivery date and time can be edited for any Campaign step, provided the content has not already launched. 

  • Navigate to Campaigns > Campaigns in Progress

  • Click on View Campaign:

  • Click on Flowbuilder within the Campaign to view all planned steps:

  • Determine the Campaign step you would like to reschedule, and click on the date & time field

  • Adjust as necessary, and click on Publish Changes

  • Click Confirm to update the publication date and time:
