Can I edit the delivery date or time of a Campaign step?
Yes, the delivery date and time can be edited for any Campaign step, provided the content has not already launched.
- Navigate to Campaigns > Campaigns in Progress:
- Click on View Campaign:
- Click on Flowbuilder within the Campaign to view all planned steps:
- Determine the Campaign step you would like to reschedule, and click on the date & time field.
- Adjust as necessary, and click on Publish Changes:
- Click Confirm to update the publication date and time:
