Can I Edit the Delivery Date or Time of a Campaign Step?
Yes, the delivery date and time can be edited for any campaign step, provided the content has not already launched.
- Navigate to Campaigns>Campaigns In Progress:
- Click on the 'Cogwheel' icon beside the relevant campaign, and then on View Campaign:
- Click on Flowbuilder within the Campaign to view all planned campaign steps:
- Determine the campaign step you would like to reschedule, and click on the Date & Time field.
- Adjust as necessary, and click on Publish Changes:
- Click Confirm to update the publication date and time:
