Can I Edit the Delivery Date or Time of a Campaign Step?

Yes, the delivery date and time can be edited for any campaign step, provided the content has not already launched. 

  • Navigate to Campaigns > Campaigns in Progress

  • Click on the 'Cogwheel' icon beside the relevant campaign, and then on View Campaign:

  • Click on Flowbuilder within the Campaign to view all planned campaign steps:

  • Determine the campaign step you would like to reschedule, and click on the Date & Time field

  • Adjust as necessary, and click on Publish Changes

  • Click Confirm to update the publication date and time:
