What is the 'approval' process for a reviewer?
Once you have been added to a policy as a reviewer, and that policy has been sent for review, you will subsequently receive the following notification email:
Once you select Review Policy, you will receive the following screen:
- Approvals: This is where you can leave any comments that you would like the policy creator to see/action.
- Policy: Allows you to review this particular policy and leave any comments.
- Schedule: Shows the date the policy was created, as well as the targeted users who will receive it once it has been approved. You can also leave comments within this section.
