What is the 'approval' process for a reviewer?

Once you have been added to a policy as a reviewer, and that policy has been sent for review, you will subsequently receive the following notification email: 

  • Once you select Review Policy, you will receive the following screen:

Approvals: this is where you can leave any comments that you would like the policy creator to see/action. 

Policy: allows you to review this particular policy, and leave any comments.

Schedule: shows the date the policy was created, as well as the targeted users who will receive it once it has been approved. You can also leave comments within this section.
