What is the 'Approval' Process for a Reviewer?

Once you have been added to a Policy as a Reviewer, and that Policy has been sent for Review, you will subsequently receive a notification email informing you that you have a Policy to review. 

  • Once you select Review Policy, you will receive the following screen:

Approvals: This is where you can leave any comments that you would like the Policy creator to see/action. 

Policy: This section will allow you to review this particular Policy, and leave any comments.

Schedule: This will show the date the Policy was created, as well as the targeted users who will receive it once it has been approved by the Approvers. You can also leave comments within this section.
