When are the monthly Supervisor emails sent out?
The monthly Supervisor emails are triggered on the first Monday of every month at 07:00 UTC.
For these emails to be sent to supervisors, the following conditions must be met:
- If users have not completed all assigned content one month after receiving their last email alert or one month after they were first targeted with the content, then an email will be sent to defined Supervisors and Supervisors' Managers.
- These notifications are only sent during the scheduled monthly run on the first Monday of each month.
Example
If a user received their last reminder email for a piece of content on 15th August, the email would not be sent until the first Monday of November.
Here’s why:
- One month after the final reminder is 15th October.
- However, since Supervisor emails only run on the first Monday of each month, the next available run after 15th October is the first Monday of November.
