Which image format should I use within a course completion certificate?
If you wish to use an image to customise your course completion certificates on the MyCompliance platform, your images need to be in JPEG format only.
The chosen image can be uploaded onto the platform under Settings > Company Edit > Platform Customisation > Customise Course Certificate Logo > Browse.
