Can Email-based and Federated user accounts be bulk uploaded within the same template?

You are required to upload these types of users in separate, individual templates.

  • Within the User Management section of the platform, when bulk uploading users onto the platform, you are required to select whether the accounts will be either Email-based or Federated.

  • Also, within both templates, there are different mandatory fields that must be populated with information - highlighted below.
