Phish Overview Report: Why is my Phish Showing as 'Bounced/Dropped'?

Under the 'Delivery Status' column within the 'Phish Overview Report' report, if the phish simulation is showing as either 'Dropped' or 'Bounced', please contact our Support Team ( for further investigation.

The team will request the reason for this issue from our email provider, and will then pass this information back to you.
