Phish Overview Report: What to do if my phish is showing as 'Bounced' or 'Dropped'

Under the 'Delivery Status' column within the 'Phish Overview Report' report, if the phish simulation is showing as either 'Dropped' or 'Bounced', please contact our Support Team (support@metacompliance.com) for further investigation.

The team will request the reason for this issue from our email provider, and will then pass this information back to you.
