If your course does not open through the MS Teams app, you will be notified that the content that has been published to you is via SCORM format. This will not play directly through the Teams App in the same way as your other courses will. 

When this occurs, you will receive the following message: 

• Select the 'Open Course' button, and this will redirect you to the MyCompliance platform.
• The SCORM window will then open allowing you to complete the course.
