Within a Campaign in progress, you are able to customise each step with its own personal email.

• Within the Campaign flowbuilder, select View Email.

• You will then be presented with the body of the email that the end user will receive. This can be customised to include the specific name of the course, Blog or policy that you are delivering:

• You now have the option to trigger up to a maximum of 10 weekly reminders via Settings > Notifications > Alerts. However, as this is a standalone email, it cannot be customised for each individual Campaign step.
• You can, however, customise the general reminder email via Settings > Email Templates. Simply select the desired email to be edited.
