I need to delete a Custom Video from the library; can I do this on the platform?

If you need to access any of the content you've uploaded to the platform, you can do this via the 'Content' tab. 

From here, you will be able to carry out a range of housekeeping tasks, such as 'Show to End User' or 'Delete', etc.

  • To locate this area on the platform, follow this pathway: Learning > Learning in Progress > Content.

  • Note: This feature is now available for Business Users if they have the 'Campaigns In Progress' permission applied to their account.
